  4. You will ofcourse have heard about the DiskMaSher, or DMS files. There is a
  5. simple way to unpack these files from within DOPUS. Follow the guidelines
  6. and you will be on your way:
  7.  
  8. Start OPUS and start the CONFIGURATION EDITOR.
  9.  
  10. Choose FILETYPES.
  11.  
  12. Click and HOLD the RIGHT mousebutton, and search for a menu called CLASSES.
  13. Point at the line called new... and release the mouse button.
  14.  
  15. Behind the text File Class, enter DMS archive.
  16.  
  17. After the line Class ID, enter DMS
  18.  
  19. Now click NEW ENTRY, click the magnifying glass, and search for 
  20. MatchName - filename. Click it and enter after it '*.dms' (without the ').
  21.  
  22. Click OKAY.
  23.  
  24. Select NEW from the 5 buttons down there.
  25.  
  26. Search for a fileclass called DMS archive (or whatever you entered FIRST!)
  27.  
  28. Now select   Action      Click-m-click from the top.
  29.  
  30. Select NEW ENTRY, and enter 
  31.     
  32.    AmigaDOS    sys:c/dms write {f} to {d} noverify nopause
  33.    Command     FinishSection
  34.    Command     DopusToFront
  35.  
  36.  
  37. Select OUTPUT WINDOW and WORKBENCH TO FRONT from the flags menu, state a
  38. CLOSE DELAY of -1, and click on OKAY until you are back in OPUS.

  40. Now select a diskdrive (DF0: DF1: whatever...) on one side in the OPUS
  41. window, (if it states NOT A DOS DISK IN DRIVE DFx, just cancel.)
  42. and click'n'click on a dms file on the other side.
  43.  
  44. click'n'click means that you click once on a file in one window,
  45. and click very shortly afterwards in the other window, in the time you need
  46. to double click an icon to start the programm attached to it.
  47.  
  48. Optionally you can in the CONFIG editor pick OPERATION/GENERAL and click
  49. Click-M-Click drag on, so that you can drag the DMS file to the other side.
  50. Press and hold over the DMS file, move the mouse to the other side, and
  51. voila...
